Instructions for Authors

Submission

The manuscript should be submitted by one of the authors through email All correspondence, including notification of the Editor's decision and requests for revision, is sent by email.

Title Page

The title page should

  • Include title of the paper (font style Times New Roman and font size 24). Concise and informative titles are often used in information-retrieval systems. Avoid abbreviations and formulae in title if possible.

  • Full names, institutional and email addresses of authors (font style Times New Roman and font size 11)

  • Clearly indicate the corresponding author, who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication.

Abstract

A concise abstract is required. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. The abstract should be brief and must not exceed 300 words. Please do not cite references in the abstract. Also avoid abbreviations but if essential they must be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself.

Keywords

Please provide a maximum of 5 keywords. First letter of each keyword should be capital. Also use semicolon to separate keywords. These keywords will be used for indexing purposes.

Structure of the Paper

The paper should be formatted as one column, 1.5 line spacing and in time new roman style with font size set as 10. Also, divide your article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1.1 (then 1.1.1, 1.1.2, ...), 1.2, etc. Please do not include the abstract in section numbering). Any subsection may be given a brief heading. Each heading should appear on its own separate line.

  1. Introduction

Provide an adequate background of the research and state the objectives of the work. You may include literature survey in introduction

  1. Methodology/ Algorithm

The methods section should include the design of the study, the type of materials involved, a clear description of all comparisons, and the type of analysis used, to enable replication.

  1. Heading (Level 2)
  1. Results and discussion

Discuss the results and link it to the design. This should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. You may explain the results and discussion in separate sections.

  1. Conclusions

Clearly state the conclusions of the research. Also explain their importance.

Acknowledgement

Provide acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article before the references. List here those individuals or companies who provided help during the research (e.g., providing language help, providing data, writing assistance or proof reading the article, etc.)

References

Indicate references by number(s) in square brackets in line with the text. The actual authors can be referred to, but the reference number(s) must always be given. For example, John [1] reported … or like novel fiberboard developed by Maxwell and Horne [2].

In reference list the following instructions should carefully be followed.

Equations

Equations must be written clearly, each on its own line, well away from the text but punctuated to read with it. Complicated expressions should be avoided in the text; when absolutely necessary they should be displayed separately like equations. All equations must be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals with the number in parentheses near the right hand margin.

Figures and Tables

Figures (graphics files) must be saved as a TIFF files with the figure name like Figure1. Figures should be submitted in a separate folder. Furthermore, Figures should be referred in text as, Figure 1 illustrates the phenomena or, it is clear from figure 1. The captions of the figures must be provided in a list at end of the manuscript after references.

Each table should be numbered and cited in sequence using Arabic numerals (i.e. Table 1, 2, 3 etc.). Tables should also have a title (above the table) that summarizes the whole table. Tables should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order. Each table should be included on a separate sheet (table per page) and should be submitted in a separate word file. Tables can be created using Microsoft Word with font style and size as adopted in the below table.
